The Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition (MITECO) and Demographic challenge has included the technology proposed in the LIFE-2-ACID project in the I Circular Economy Best Practices catalogue as an example of efficient and sustainable technology for the recovery of zinc and iron chloride from acid pickling baths generated in galvanizing processes.
